The contrast therapy experience begins as you alternate between hot and cold therapy treatments, cycling between infrared sauna sessions, ice baths, and rest. Those who have never tried contrast and cold therapy services before may be a bit worried about what this treatment entails, so allow us to break it down for you:
HEAT: Nine minutes
Toast yourself in our full-spectrum infrared sauna.
COLD: Three minutes
Plunge into sanitary, refreshing 48-degree water.
REST: Three minutes
Sit back and relax! Your body eases into homeostasis.
Want the maximum benefit? We recommend a 60-minute session. You go four times through the cycle: each time, the results are more profound.
If you’re in a hurry, why not cut the experience in half? We also offer a 30-minute contrast therapy session, where you plunge/heat up twice, instead of four times. You’ll get the same benefits – at half the time.
